Our aims and objectives:
Our workforce is our greatest asset and staff need to feel valued for the work they do and the commitment they bring. We also want to ensure we provide fully inclusive employment opportunities for those who wish to work in adult social care.

What we do
Here at South Tyneside Care Academy we are in partnership with the local authority, social care providers, NHS, education providers and the voluntary sector. Also, we support and facilitate training, recruitment and career development. We commit to a collaborative approach, to equip our workforce to be curious, accountable, responsive and empowered.
