What is available?
There are free or low-cost training opportunities to assist you in starting and advancing in your role.
To find out which Training Provider you would need to sign up with, speak to your employer. It will be the company on the Insurance Indemnity documents (Mark Bates or Fish).

Exciting Partnership with Flick Learning
Fish Insurance is excited to announce a new partnership with Flick Learning, a company dedicated to making online training effective and engaging.
You can now access a wide range of online courses designed to improve the skills and knowledge of your Personal Assistants (PAs).
Peer Support Group
We also have a Personal Assistant Support Group, where Personal Assistants get together to discuss matters, have a catch up and learn from each other.
This is held every six months alternating with our Personal Assistant training. If the session is full, you will be priority to be offered a place on the next available session.
